Affordable Housing To Replace a Century-Old House At 14658 Gilmore Street, Van Nuys
A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 14658 Gilmore Street in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering 46 affordable housing units. For the project to be completed, plans call for the demolition of a 109-year-old home located on the site. Tru Residential is the project applicant and developer. JZA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
