A new mixed-use residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 3900 South Figueroa Street in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new eight-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. Georgia-based Landmark Properties is the project developer. HED is responsible for the designs.
