A new high-rise apartment tower has been planned for development at 6527-6535 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Grove, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use tower offering residential and retail spaces. A 1950s commercial office building on the site is slated for redevelopment. Beverly Hills-based 3D Investments is the project developer. Abramson Architects is responsible for the design.
