A new mixed-use project is under construction taking shape and form at 4632 West Santa Monica Boulevard in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. The project site formerly housed Union Swapmeet. Jamison Services, Inc. is the project developer. BSB Design is responsible for the designs.
