Apartments: November Launch at 511 South Harbor Boulevard, San Pedro
A new residential project is all set to make its debut at 511 South Harbor Boulevard in San Pedro. The project proposal includes the development of 137 apartments over a third outpost for Colossus Bakery. Trammell Crow Company’s subsidiary High Street Residential and Principal Asset Management have teamed up as the project developers. KFA Architecture is responsible for the designs. Duane Border Design is the landscape architect.
