A new hotel project is under construction taking shape and form at 515 North Central Avenue in Glendale. The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story hotel. The project required the demolition of an existing structure on the site; a shuttered Burger King outlet. VK Group is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the designs.
