Planning Commission Approves Hotel At 516 Colorado Avenue In Santa Monica
A new hotel project has been approved for construction at 516 Colorado Avenue in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story hotel building. The site formerly housed Angel’s Attic. The building which housed the museum, a late 19th century Victorian home, was demolished in mid-2021. Santa Monica-based property management firm XYZ Rent is the property owner. Howard Laks is responsible for the designs.
