The project proposal includes the development of a six-story mixed-use building offering retail and residential spaces. The project calls for the demolition of an existing single-story rental building on the site. 5365 Crenshaw, LLC, an entity affiliated with Los Angeles-based Praxis Development Group, is the project applicant. KFA Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
