Affordable Housing Proposed At 820 South Lake Avenue, Westlake
Another affordable housing project could become a part of the city of Los Angeles at 820 South Lake Avenue in Westlake. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story housing complex offering residential units at affordable rates. The project requires the demolition of an old duplex that was constructed in 1920s. Haytham Kafouf of HANB, LLC, represented by CP3 Development, is the project applicant.
