A new affordable housing project is under construction taking shape and form at 8727 South Broadway in South Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a residential community offering apartments and townhomes. Abode Communities and Neighborhood Housing Services of L.A. County are the project developers. John V. Mutlow Architects is responsible for the designs.
