Cypress Equity Investments is listed as the project developer, with Los Angeles-based Tighe Architecture now leading design efforts. Mixed-Use Development Almost Ready at 601 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica

A new mixed-use project has reached completion and is almost ready for occupancy at 601 Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal included the development of a new four-story mixed-use complex offering spaces for 40 apartments over ground-floor retail use. The project site previously housed a commercial building that was demolished. Cypress Equity Investments is the project developer. KFA Architecture is responsible for the designs. Ottinger Architects is serving as the project’s architect of record.
