A new residential project has been planned at 6766 Hawthorn Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story residential project. Plans call for the demolition of a service parking lot on the site. Seattle-based firm Housing Diversity Corp (HDC) is the project developer. Steinberg Hart is responsible for the design concepts. STS Construction is also part of the team.
