A new office complex project has reached completion at its project site located at 843 North Spring Street in Chinatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story building offering spaces for office uses Redcar Ltd is the project developer. Lever Architecture, Shawmut Construction, and James Corner Field Operations form the design team for the project.

A commercial building will soon be replaced to take the shape of an office complex at 843 North Spring Street in Chinatown, Los Angeles. Santa Monica-based developer Redcar Properties successfully broke ground on a project consisting of four new levels atop a single-story building to serve as an office complex. Lever Architecture is managing the design concept and construction. The project is one of the first to use cross-laminated timber as a feature of both the design and the tenant experience.
