Residential Complex Planned At 529 East Palm Avenue In Burbank
A new apartment complex has been proposed for construction at 529 East Palm Avenue in Burbank. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story building offering residential spaces. A series of small residential buildings completed in the 1920s and 1950s could be razed and redevelopment with a larger apartment complex. The proposed project would replace four existing residential units. Palm Townhomes LLC, an entity linked to Burbank-based Gerro Properties, is the property owner. BOLADarck is designing the project.
