5850 West Jefferson Boulevard Approved in Baldwin Hills

5850 West Jefferson Boulevard has been approved by the city, and is expected to break ground this year in Baldwin Hills. Samitaur is the development firm behind the building. The team is also behind (W)rapper, currently under construction a short distance away, in the rapidly developing neighborhood.

(W)rapper is nearing full height in Culver City, at 5790 West Jefferson Boulevard. The project, designed by celebrated architect Eric Own Moss, of EOMA, has been long anticipated. Moss is known for designing “Waffel,” also in Culver City, among other notable works.
