A new mixed-use residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 150 North Santa Anita Avenue in Arcadia. The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story building offering residential units. The project replaced a surface parking lot on the site. Trammell Crow Residential is the project developer. Studio One Eleven is responsible for the designs.
