7700 North Woodman Avenue has topped out, in Van Nuys. The project, by USA Properties Fund, will bring 239 new units to the area, most of which will be low income housing. The design is five stories tall, reaching 57 feet at its maximum height. It has been titled “Vintage at Woodman.”
1692 Sycamore Drive is close to opening, in Simi Valley. The project, by USA Properties, will bring 311 new units to the area, many of which will be senior housing. The development has been titled “Vintage at Sycamore.”
The lot at 7700 North Woodman Avenue has been cleared in preparation for new development in Panorama City, just West of Burbank. The location used to be several smaller buildings and a parking lot. Now, plans by USA Properties, a Roseville, California-based developer, call for a five-story residential building entitled “The Colony.”
