If approved, the building will rise across the street from Barnsdall Park. Beverly Hills-based Laser Properties is the project developer. KFA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2919 North St. George Street in Los Feliz. The project proposal includes the development of a residential community offering six small lot residences, designed as three-story buildings arranged in a row. The residential community will replace a single-family residence that was built nearly 120 years ago. Saint George SLS, LLC is listed as the project applicant.

Last year, director Quentin Tarantino purchased Los Feliz’s iconic Vista Theatre, with the intention of adding a cafe and arcade to the property. Project plans have been updated with the addition of an apartment complex which will wrap the perimeter of the 1920s landmark. The project, named El Parador, will rise from an L- shaped site located at 4477-4483 Hollywood Boulevard and 1510-1516 Hillhurst Avenue in Los Feliz. Los Angeles-based real estate firm Conroy Commercial is the project applicant. Edward Carlson and landscape architect Harmony Gardens are in the design team.
