A new affordable housing project is taking shape and form at 7220 Maie Avenue in Florence-Firestone, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering retails space and 150+ residential units at affordable rates. The project replaced a car wash next Florence Station. Meta Housing Corp is the project developer.
