The six-story development, backed by Community Corp. of Santa Monica, is set to deliver 71 income-restricted apartments just south of Colorado Avenue. Community Corp., a long-standing nonprofit builder of affordable housing, is spearheading the project. Architecture is being led by Kevin Tsai Architecture, which has prepared updated plans for the nearly 67,000-square-foot building.

A new all-electric affordable housing complex is nearing completion in the Westchester neighborhood of Los Angeles. The project, known as Redtail Crossing, is located at 8333 South Airport Boulevard, a site formerly occupied by a church structure now demolished. Developed by Community Corporation of Santa Monica, the four-story building introduces 102 income-restricted apartments into a neighborhood that has historically seen limited affordable development.

A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 4464 Sepulveda Boulevard in Culver City. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story affordable housing complex with a  subterranean parking garage. Community Corp. of Santa Monica is the project developer, working in partnership with the Culver-Palms United Methodist Church. FSY Architects is responsible for the designs.
