A 100% affordable housing proposal has been filed for 7220 Owensmouth Avenue in Canoga Park, calling for a seven-story residential building. City Planning’s entry identifies the project as a “100% RED1” (ED1) affordable development containing 70 residential units. An existing commercial structure on the parcel would be demolished prior to new construction.

AMCAL Multi-Housing Company has unveiled new designs for an affordable housing development at 4900 Eagle Rock Boulevard.
