Plans call for the construction of an eight-story residential building with a total of 53 units. The project applicant is 2900 Francis AH, LLC, with Chessed26, LLC listed as the property owner. Los Angeles-based architecture firm Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects (LOHA) is responsible for the design.
A new affordable housing development is in the works at 1018 North Ardmore Avenue in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The proposal, submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning, calls for a five-story apartment building with 46 income-restricted units. The project is being led by developer David Cohen of ELAD Investment, LLC, with design by Commun Associates.

The project site previously housed a single-story, 2,100-square-foot commercial building. R2H Development is listed as the project developer. JZA Architecture is responsible for the designs.

The development is a joint effort between Logos Faith Development and California Lutheran Homes, built on land owned by Holy Trinity Church. JZA Architecture is leading the design.
A corner parcel along Venice Boulevard in Harvard Heights is being eyed for a new affordable housing development that would replace an existing auto repair use with a six-story residential building constructed using modular methods. Plans filed with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning in March outline a proposal at 2150 Venice Boulevard for a 69-unit apartment building developed by 2150 MSB Capital, LLC. The project, branded Venice Gardens, would occupy a prominent intersection site and introduce income-restricted housing without providing on-site vehicle parking.
