Renderings have been revealed for a new high-rise apartment tower planned at 625 North Maryland in downtown Glendale, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a residential high-rise with onsite parking and landscaped open areas.
The Cimmarusti family, a local real estate firm, is the project applicant. JFAK Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

Named Lucia Park, the project is a residential high-rise offering 294 apartments developed throughout 24 floors. The apartments will be offered as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Parking space with a capacity of 373 vehicles will be developed on the site. 129 above-ground parking spaces serving an adjoining bank building are also a part of the project.

The exterior is designed in a series of blue, white, and gray metal panels. The design is said to be inspired by the Chase Building. Renderings depict a contemporary high-rise with amenity decks located above a podium structure and at the roof level.

If completed, the 266-foot-tall tower would be the Type-I construction high-rise built in Glendale since the mid-1990s. The property site is planned just south of the 134 Freeway.
