Amenities will include a rooftop deck, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. A pocket park is also planned along the mid-block, Main Street side of the property. 429 parking spaces will be onsite, with 71 for retail and office use, and the rest for residential. The site is close to the Newhall metro station, as well as a couple of bus stops at Railroad Avenue and Market Street, Market Street and Walnut Street, and Railroad Avenue and 8th Street.

MVE is the architecture firm behind the project. Renerings depict a contemporary coastal aesthetic, with varied, naturally colored surfaces, and glass lined balconies. Construction will take about two years. Plans originally called for completion in 2021, but movement for the new building has yet to begin on site.
