A new small-scale mixed-use project is taking shape and form at 1341 Gardena Boulevard in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story mixed-use building offering spaces for residential and retail uses. The project is located on the former site of the Gardena Valley YWCA.
Los Angeles-based real estate firm South Bay Developers is the project developer.

One year into construction, the mixed-use building has neared completion just off of Normandie Avenue. The mixed-use project consists of a three-story building spanning approximately 22,700-square feet in area. The small-scale building will feature 15 apartments above ground-floor commercial space.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise building featuring a brick façade on its two lower levels. A rooftop terrace caps the three floors.
