A new townhome community is under construction, taking shape and form at 2545 Marine Avenue in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential community consisting of 22 townhomes.

The scope of work includes the construction of three-story buildings featuring 22 townhomes. The townhomes are designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans. The townhomes will range from 379 square feet to 1,801 square feet in size. Plans call for two units to be set aside for purchase at below market rates.
Named Marine Place, the project site broke broke last year and is under construction since then. Wood frame construction has risen to the top floor of the townhomes. Renderings reveal facades clad in stucco, with each townhome featuring ground-level parking and rooftop decks.
The estimated market availability has not been revealed yet.
