A new affordable housing project has almost reached completion ay 1657 North Western Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a nine-story building offering affordable housing options.
Greystone Housing Impact Investors is the project developer. Edwin Mohabir is designing the project.
At the project site, construction can be seen reaching completion for a new senior affordable housing complex offering 200 apartments. Greystone previously announced that the apartments will be priced for renters earning between 30 and 80 percent of the area’s median income. Named Residency at the Entrepreneur, nearly half of the units will be master leased by The People Concern.
Additionally, a business center, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a laundry facility, a computer room, and office space will also be provided within the property.
The project site sits across the street from Metro’s Hollywood/Western subway station.
