A new residential project has been approved for development at 5332 Smiley Drive in West Adams, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of 16 small lot residences. The project replaced two residences on the site that were constructed in 1920s.
Xander Tertychny is listed as the project applicant. ALIS Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The City of Los Angeles has approved plans to redevelop the project site with a small lot subdivision. The scope of work includes the development of 16 single-family residences, each featuring three bedrooms and living areas.
Plans show a cluster of four-story structures, all capped by a rooftop terrace deck. A shared driveway at the center of the property would provide access to two-car garages at the ground-floor of each home.
Initially, a smaller proposal with nine small homes was submitted. The site is located within walking distance of E Line Stations at La Brea Avenue and La Cienega Boulevard. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
