A new supportive housing complex is under construction at 2467 Lincoln Boulevard in Venice, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building offering residential units and onsite supportive services.
Venice Community Housing Corporation is listed as the project developer. Studio One Eleven is responsible for the designs.
A year into construction, the project site is almost ready with a four-story building offering 40 supportive housing units. Named The Journey, the apartments are designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans on its upper floors. Plans also call for 10 parking stalls and on-site supportive services. Additionally, the housing complex will also feature a new plaza and a courtyard. Plans also call for new space for Safe Place for Youth at street level.
Renderings reveal a facade designed in white stucco. The estimated date of market availability has not been announced yet.
