A new multi-family housing project has reached completion at its project site located at 12888 South Crenshaw Boulevard in Gardena. The project proposal included the development of a new eight-story building offering spaces for multi-family residences along with on-site parking.
Cityview and Stockbridge have partnered up as the project developers. AC Martin is responsible for the designs.
Named The Apollo, the multi-family project will bring an eight-story building offering 265 apartments. The units are designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Below the apartments, the building will feature a podium parking garage with a capacity of 250 vehicles.
Renderings reveal a modern podium-type building. Onsite amenities include a pool deck, a fitness center, and multiple courtyards.
The project site is located south of SpaceX headquarters. The project has reached completion and is slated to open soon in 2025.
