211 North Garden Street Ventura has opened in Ventura. It has been titled, “Garden Street Lofts,” by developer The Becker Group. It will bring new residential apartments and some commercial space to the area.

The site is three stories tall, and contains 28 residential units. Plans include studio and one bedroom loft style apartments. Square footage ranges from 640 square feet, to 1,800 square feet, with prices starting at $1,800.00 a month and topping out at $2,750.00 a month.

Apartment features include large windows, Karndean LVT flooring, coastal and mountain views, two laundry rooms, Restoration Hardware lighting, porcelain slab showers, and GE appliances. Some units have high ceilings, loft living space, concrete floors, flexible storage space, and shared balconies. Commercial space is on the ground floor.

The exterior of the building is modern industrial, accented with raw metal details and staircases. The site is a short walk from grocery shopping and the downtown area. The Amtrak station is less than a mile away. Applications are currently being accepted 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, or by appointment on Saturdays.
