A new apartment complex is coming to Silver Lake located at 1221 North Myra Avenue. California Landmark Group set their eyes on yet another site in their continual efforts in building the latest and newest living spaces available. Located in a predominantly residential area, this project will also be located near a middle school as well as a few office buildings. In addition, it will also be within walking distance of Santa Monica Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard which is the location of metro rapids and other local bus lines.

The building will be six floors high amassing a height of 67 feet and will be a total of 87,524 square feet in dimension. The ground level will be strictly for parking with 65 spots reserved for residents, it will also include 74 long term and 7 short term spaces for bicycles. The remaining five stories will include 100 units for residential living comprising of 74 one-bedroom units, 22 two-bedroom units and 4 three-bedroom units. 10 of the dwelling spaces will be reserved for Extremely Low Income Households.
The structure is also set to have 10,850 square feet of open space which will include an open roof area for relaxing, socializing or even small events.

Seven lots have been cleared for the site and it is in the early stages of foundational work. The project has been contracted to Aaron Brumer & Assoc. Architects for the task of turning this ideal living space concept into a reality.
