The project proposal includes the construction of a new multifamily residential development featuring apartments and on-site parking. Real estate investment firm CGI Strategies is the project developer. AC Martin is managing the design concepts and construction.

The project proposal includes the construction of two buildings with residential units and basement parking. Woodland Hills-based venture, CGI Strategies, is the project developer. Back-to-back developments are rising at 839 Fedora Street and 826-840 South Mariposa Avenue, in Koreatown. CGI Strategies is the developer behind both buildings. Six lots were assembled to make the site, which was acquired in 2017. The site will have a large roof deck that will provide views of the Los Angels Skyline.
