Mixed-Use May Replace Auto Shop at 2307 Lincoln Boulevard, Santa Monica
A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development ay 2307 Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story mixed-use building offering spaces for retail and residential uses. If approved, the mixed-use project would replace a shuttered auto repair shop on the site. Coast Meridian Properties is listed as the project applicant. Arcaforma is responsible for the designs.
