A new mixed-use project has been approved for development at 5000 North Vineland Avenue in North Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story residential building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. A truck rental facility and auto repair shop on the site are slated for redevelopment. Alan Kleinman of Elevado Group is the project developer. Maly Architects is responsible for the designs.
