Renderings for a new residential project have been released, proposed for development at 2601 Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the construction of 500+ apartments constructed within 12 buildings. The project aims to replace a shopping center in the Ocean Park neighborhood with one of the city’s largest apartment complexes. Balboa Retail Partners and Cypress Equity Investments is the project developer. Koning Eizenberg Architecture is responsible for the designs.

A new supportive housing complex will be developed on the site of a metro stop in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a supportive housing complex with 94 units and onsite amenities. Non-profit developer and service provider Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) is the project developer and has secured financing for the apartments. Steel framing has been completed for a mixed-use project at 500 Broadway in downtown Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story building offering apartments and retail space. The project replaced a Fred Segal store. Witkoff and New Valley LLC have teamed up to develop the project. Koning Eizenberg Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
