159 homes have been approved for the Northwest corner of US 101 and Springville Drive, in Camarillo. Lennar Homes is the developer behind the project. The community will replace a farm field and historic home. The home will be relocated within the site and restored for resale, with the addition of a new garage.

Plans for Carmona 73 call for a five-story affordable housing development at 1945 South Carmona Avenue in Mid-City. The project would contain 73 one-bedroom apartments across a combined 16,934-square-foot site. HVN Development is associated with the proposal, while 1945 Carmona LLC is identified as the project client and Stockton Architects is responsible for the design. The building would contain approximately 37,129 square feet of zoning floor area and reach a zoning height of 56 feet, one inch.
