Condominiums Revealed At 118 S. Astronaut Ellison S. Onizuka Street, Little Tokyo, Los Angeles

A new residential project has been unwrapped at 118 S. Astronaut Ellison S. Onizuka Street in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a nine-story building offering residential units and retail space. The project replaced a surface parking lot on the site. Beverly Hills-based Etco Homes is the project developer. Bucilla Group Architecture is responsible for the designs.

107 South Hewitt Street, in the Arts District, Nearly Complete

107 South Hewitt Street, between the Arts District and Little Tokyo, is nearly complete. The project is a collaboration between Boulevard Partners and Bridge Investment Group. The site is a couple of blocks away from LA Union Station, the hub for connections throughout the county. A website, recently launched for the complex, states that the site will be, “Welcoming you home soon,” and offers a simulation of the one site views of Downtown Los Angeles from the upper floors.
