A new affordable housing project may soon come to existence at its project site at 823 West Manchester Avenue in Vermont Knolls, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story apartment building offering affordable housing units. The project will replace a church on the site. Domus Development, an affiliate of Newport Partners is the project developer. KFA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
