Exterior work is wrapping up at 21121 Vanowen Street, between Warner Center and Canoga Park on a location with views of the iconic concrete Los Angeles River. The project is entitled “Yaya Vanowen.” It is in development by Elevado Group, which estimates completion by the fourth quarter of 2021.
Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety issued construction permits for a new apartment complex at 21001 West Kittridge Street in Canoga Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story apartment complex with an on-site parking facility.
Architects Orange is managing the design concept and construction of the project. San Diego-based firm, Fairfield Residential, is the project developer.
Steel framing can be seen taking the form to remodel and expand the Westfield Topanga shopping mall in Warner Center at 6600 Topanga Canyon Boulevard, Canoga Park. The property owner, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, has successfully initiated the process of converting the 160,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Sears into a variety of new uses, including a food hall with sit-down restaurants, bars, and lounges. The project will have new plazas and landscaped areas.
The exterior of 21050 West Kittredge Street, in Canoga Park, is close to being finished. The seven story building is another development by Hanover Company, who are also handling the construction. It is named the Hanover Warner Center.
