The exterior of 21050 West Kittredge Street, in Canoga Park, Los Angeles, is close to being finished. The seven-story building is another development by Hanover Company, who is also handling the construction. It is named the Hanover Warner Center.
The development will be 80 feet tall, 574 feet long, and 240 feet wide. It will have 424,404 square feet of floor and 20,074 square feet of landscape. Inside there will be 395 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom luxury apartments. Units will range in price from $1,821 a month for a studio to $3,367 a month for a three-bedroom. Some units will also include live workspaces. Deposits range from $400 to $600.
Amenities include a private screening room, resident clubhouse, catering kitchen, executive conference and meeting room, e-lounge, atrium with a fire pit, 24-hour fitness center, sky decks, pool, and a spa and park for pets. Up to two pets are allowed, for an additional deposit, excluding certain breeds. There will also be 124 compact, 13 disabled, and 383 standard car parking spaces and bicycle parking.
TCA Architects designed the project. It cost approximately $100 million to build. Apartments will be available to rent on April 1st, 2021.
