The project proposal includes the development of an office campus spanning an area of 550,000 square feet.

Apple is the new tenant, and has recently announced plans to bring 3000 new employees to Culver City by 2026 by “expanding its state-of-the-art campus with additional space for these employees and more.” Apple currently hosts its Apple TV headquarters out of Los Angeles.
