A new supportive housing project for seniors has been propsoed at 1737 South La Cienega Boulevard in Pico-Robertson, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of suppotive housing units for seniors. Plans call for the demolition of a commercial building on the site. IKAR has teamed up with Community Corp. of Santa Monica to develop the project. IKAR acquired for $6.9 million in 2020.

New mixed multi-family housing development has been proposed at 9500 West Pico Boulevard in Pico-Robertson, Los Angeles. City Planning Commission has approved redeveloping a car was into a residential complex with retail space. Beverly Hill-based real estate investment firm Concord Capital Partners is the project developer. Abramson Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.

Framing is starting to rise at 1444 South Rexford Drive, in Pico-Robertson. Harpco Construction and Development is the primary contractor. The site will bring denser living to the area, including a couple of low-income housing units, as part of the Transit Oriented Communities affordable housing incentives.
