Townhomes at 195 Simi Village Drive have been completed, in Simi Valley. The project, by Landsea, is made of 37 separate buildings, ranging in from three to seven attached units, bringing 211 new homes to the area. It has been titled “The Westerly.” The 17 acre site used to stage Simi Valley Days, corn crops, and seasonal pumpkin and Christmas tree lots.
New Townhomes have been proposed for the Northeast corner of Pleasant Valley and Lewis Roads, in Camarillo. Williams Homes, of Santa Clarita, is listed as the developer for the project. Several extensions have been filed delaying the project, although plans were approved in 2016.
New townhomes have opened at 350 Lewis Road, in Camarillo. The site has been titled “ParkWest Townhomes,” by developer Aldersgate Investments. The luxury units include a variety of amenities and are a two minute drive away from the 101 Freeway and Train Station.

The majority of the buildings will be white in color, with dark brown beams, dark brick red awnings, and metal accents. The look is defined as, “Santa Barbara Style.” It includes elements such as sand stucco finish, clay tile roof, decorative metal rails, decorative cornices, Spanish style ceramic tiles, decorative corbels, fabric awnings, and stone veneer.
