The project is replacing a commercial structure and four residential units on a corner lot along Pico Boulevard. West Hollywood-based APPA Real Estate is listed as the project developer. Khal Khaireddin Architects is responsible for the designs.
Demolition work has now started at 6052 West Olympic Boulevard, where a new mixed-use project is set to bring housing and retail to the heart of Little Ethiopia in Los Angeles. The project is being developed by Jacmar Companies, with designs by MVE + Partners. The approved plan calls for a six-story building that will include 120 residential units and 5,135 square feet of commercial space at street level.
