Design Changes Proposed for 2307 Lincoln Boulevard, Santa Monica

Design changes have been proposed for a mixed-use project planned for development at 2307 Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story building offering 69 apartments and ground-floor retail space. The project will replace a closed automobile repair shop on the site. Coast Meridian Properties is the project applicant and developer. Arcaforma Architecture is responsible for the designs. Viriditas Design and Howard Robertson & Associates are also on the project team.
