The building is four stories tall, with 41,100 square feet of floor. The dimension are 44 feet tall by 117 feet long by 133 feet wide. Inside there are 29 units. Layouts include studio, one, and two-bedroom designs. According to the developer website, there will be private parking spaces and a laundry room. Cats and dogs under 25 pounds will be permitted for an additional monthly fee of $25 per pet per month.

4,200 square feet of landscape adds to the overall appeal of the site. The garage is at grade, with room for 28 compact, 2 disabled, and 28 standard parking stalls. 30 long-term and 3 short-term bicycle spaces will are provided for eco-friendly transportation. A designated path for walking and biking is a little over a block away, connecting to Stoner Park.

Sandra J Baik Architects is behind the design. Standout features include recreation rooms on the first and fourth floors and a rooftop deck. The permit valuation, at the time of filing, was $6.5 million.
