The project broke ground in 2023. At the construction site, wood framing and scaffolding can be seen taking shape and form of a five-story building. Once finished, the building will feature a total of 74 units. The apartments will be designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, parking for 64 vehicles will be provided on the ground floor below the apartments.

Project approvals granted by the City of Los Angeles include Transit Oriented Communities incentives, permitting increased height, floor area, and density beyond what is normally allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, six apartments would be set aside as deed-restricted affordable housing.

Residential amenities include a community room, a landscaped courtyard, and a rooftop deck. Completion of the project is expected in 2025.
