The scope of work includes the construction of a new five-story building offering 85 apartments at low-income and moderate-income levels. Plans call for a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. No onsite parking has been proposed at this time.

The project seeks approvals using Executive Directive 1. A project application was submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. Requested approvals include density bonus incentives and waivers of development standards to permit a larger structure than would typically be allowed by zoning rules.
