A new affordable housing project is under construction taking shape and form at 8134 North Van Nuys Boulevard in Panorama City. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering affordable housing options to locals.
Thomas Safran & Associates is the project developer. HED is responsible for the designs.
Vista Terrace via HED
Named Vista Terrace, the four-story building will offer 102 apartments designed as a mix of studios, two-bedrooms, and three-bedroom layouts. Additionally, the project will also feature a 55-car garage. The supportive units will be reserved for renters earning between 30 and 70 percent of the area’s median income.
Onsite amenities include a courtyard, a recreation room, and a community room.

The project is on schedule to be inaugurated in 2025. Applications are open for the affordable housing complex. More details can be found here on the project website.
